Description:
|
Consultants primarily work at the SysLogic corporate office or client locations within the Southeast Wisconsin area. Responsibilities include application design and development in an n-tier or web-based environment, with opportunities for project management and greater involvement with internal company strategy and direction. Consultants work in team environments and continuous technical/management training is provided and emphasized.

Qualifications:
|
- Bachelors in IT field or equivalent required.
- Must understand the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Must possess strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to learn and apply new ideas quickly.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must possess good communication and analytical skills.
|
|
Required for Senior Consultants:
|
- Must possess above average skills with at least 7 years IT experience or combination IT/business.
- Microsoft professionals must possess strong experience in Visual Studio.Net (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#) and SQL Server. Sharepoint Portal and CMS a plus.
- Java professionals must possess strong experience in J2EE, Websphere, WebLogic, Swing, BJB and SOA.
- Business Intelligence professionals must possess strong experience in Cognos (Reportnet, Powerplay, Metrix Manager), Datastage or Business Objects.
- Distributed/web development experience and strong understanding of relational database concepts and object-oriented programming techniques preferred.
