Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Silverlight, XAML Developer
We are seeking Senior Microsoft developers with WPF, Silverlight, and XAML development experience to join our team.
Abilities
The core competencies required for this role are:
- Ability to learn and apply new ideas and process quickly.
- Ability to work closely with other members of project team (Project Manager, Business or Systems Analyst, Architect, and Developers) to create and integrate high-quality solutions.
- Ability to adapt appropriate development process to project methodology as necessary.
- Ability to develop high-quality code using WPF and other .NET Development platforms.
- Ability to lead UI development in knowledge areas of WPF, XAML, Silverlight, AJAX, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in Information Technology, with at least 6 years of experience developing robust Microsoft .NET applications or products.
- 1 year solid experience developing with WPF.
- Strength in multiple aspects of WPF development.
- Good understanding of WPF data-binding principles.
- Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous consulting experience is desired but not required.
Education / Certifications / Training
Associate’s degree with applicable experience. Bachelor’s degree is desired.
