Tina Chang, Chairman and CEO

Tina Chang is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SysLogic. Prior to SysLogic, Tina worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where she served as a business analyst and consultant to Fortune 1000 companies. She has maintained a strong background in business, technology, and process development throughout her career in the information technology arena.

Originally from New York, she attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she received a BBA degree with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business, and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where she specialized in environmental accounting and European commerce. Tina also attended Darden School of Business at University of Virginia and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College for their Business Executive Programs.

Tina demonstrates a dedication to both local and national communities, as well as professional development, through her leadership with the City of Milwaukee Board of Harbor Commissioners, The PrivateBank–Wisconsin, Weyco Group, YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Alverno College, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Junior Achievement of WI, MMAC, Public Policy Forum, Columbia St. Mary’s, 88.9 RadioMilwaukee, Milwaukee Film, Mosaic, United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) and United Way. She is also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee, Rotary Club of Milwaukee, and Professional Dimensions.

In 2004, Tina was presented The Business Journal’s “40 Under Forty” award for the difference she has made in her profession and community. In 2005, Tina received the Governor’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year - Technology award. In 2008, Tina was presented with the United States Postal Service “Women Putting Their Stamp on Metropolitan Milwaukee” award, as well as Junior Achievement’s Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame Peak Performer award. SysLogic has also been a recipient of MMAC’s Future 50 award in 2001, 2004 and 2005, designating the company as a Master Mettle winner.

Thomas Pina Windsor, Executive Vice President, is responsible for developing and advancing integrated strategies for profitable business growth and leads the company’s efforts in ensuring that resources, processes, and assets are appropriately aligned to SysLogic’s long-term vision. He oversees the Strategy, Business Development, Recruiting and Delivery functions and directs corporate planning activities, including multi-year strategic planning and annual plan development and communication.

Thomas has extensive experience in Information Technology strategy development, IT operations and the chartering, planning, and delivery of commercial insights and business analytics capabilities to large corporate functions. He has held a number of senior IT roles, including Global IS Director for consumer packaged-goods leader Altria (formerly Philip Morris Companies) in New York City, where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of global applications to support world-wide affiliates. Thomas was Director of IT Strategy and Architecture at Miller Brewing Company (now MillerCoors), where he was responsible for establishing the vision for effective utilization and application of IT assets to drive corporate growth and synergies. He has experience in numerous industry verticals including consumer-packaged goods, retail distribution, and insurance, and business functions including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, HR, and Organizational Design.

Originally from Connecticut, Thomas attended Duke University, and received a BA in Economics from Boston University.

Theresa Breunig, Business Intelligence Practice Director for SysLogic, is responsible for providing the vision, leadership, and management for SysLogic’s Business Intelligence practice. In this role, Theresa leads industry and technology research, ensures quality assurance in systems development efforts, promotes best practices and methodologies, and manages partner relationships for SysLogic’s Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing service offerings. Theresa has over 20 years of experience in information systems and has a proven track record of experience and growth in strategy development, solution development/delivery, project/program management, process re-engineering, leadership, planning/budgeting, and team building.

Prior to joining SysLogic, Theresa managed the data warehouse environment for Miller Brewing Company (now MillerCoors) and was responsible for the delivery of all business intelligence projects. She developed the business intelligence strategy and supporting roadmaps from an information, analytical, reporting, organization, technical, and communication standpoint.

In addition to her experience in business intelligence, Theresa has experience in leading and managing systems development efforts through her experience as the Information Systems Manager at United Professional Companies where she led the software selection and implementation of a CRM solution, an inventory management system, and intravenous therapy software solution. She also has experience in all elements of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), through her experience as a programmer, analyst, and manager.

Theresa is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, with a BBA in Information Systems.

Debbie Hammer is the Practice Director of Enterprise Applications and Architecture at SysLogic. In this role, Debbie provides the vision, leadership, and management for the Enterprise Applications and Architecture team, to support SysLogic’s market-leading enterprise services. Debbie is responsible for designing and guiding SysLogic’s architecture strategy and direction for business solutions, technology products and services, and core technical components to support internal delivery teams. She works with SysLogic senior management, practice directors, and client executives in establishing business-framed objectives, technical solutions and resources for implementing enterprise application solutions and infrastructure.

Prior to joining SysLogic, Debbie was the Director of Application Development for Doral, a DentaQuest Company. At Doral she was responsible for defining and creating the development practice for all aspects of the software development discipline. Prior to joining Doral, Debbie worked as Development Manager at Metavante, where she managed large development programs, which included a successful off-shore practice. She also served in the role as Director of Information Services and Development Manager at eFunds.

Debbie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, with a double major in Applied Computer Science and Business Administration–Management Information Services.

Heidi Holdener, Director of Business Development for SysLogic, is responsible for sales, developing new markets, and managing client relationships. Heidi has over twenty five years of business management experience creating markets and advancing and implementing new strategic programs and services in the Health Care and Information Technology industries. She has significant experience in helping clients explore their IT needs and conceptualizing solutions that align to their business strategy. Heidi is known for her ability to partner with a client to ensure project success and client satisfaction. She has been instrumental in connecting area IT leaders to one another for their benefit in professional collaboration and networking.

Heidi holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She volunteers and serves on a variety of committees in her community and is an active Board Member of Professional Dimensions currently serving as their Technology Chair.

Karla Baierl, Recruiting Operations Manager for SysLogic, oversees and fosters strong relationships with candidates and consultants. She has over eleven years of experience in information technology and business process recruiting. Prior to joining SysLogic, Karla held Technical Recruiter positions with both SafeNet Consulting and Kforce.

In addition to recruiting, Karla is responsible for managing third-party and vendor relationships, tracking performance matrices and expanding upon our hiring process and procedures.

Michelle Finnegan, Operations Manager

Michelle Finnegan, Operations Manager for SysLogic, is responsible for all facets of Human Resources, Accounting, and Office Management. Prior to joining SysLogic, she had a nine-year career working at Laub & Horton, an insurance agency in the Milwaukee area.

Her experience enables her to serve the employees of SysLogic with a wealth of knowledge regarding their benefits package, including health, life, disability and dental insurance. Michelle’s healthcare expertise is also a key proponent in SysLogic’s initiative of providing technology solutions in the healthcare industry.

Michelle has a proven track record of excellence in servicing the needs of clients and employees, and always strives to manage SysLogic with quality and distinction. Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a BA in English.
